Founded in 1989, this women-led cooperative now comprises 150 members and holds the 'Con Manos de Mujer' certification, emphasizing economic empowerment through sustainable farming. This meticulously washed, sun-dried dark roast combines deep chocolate, ripe berries, and a hint of spice, reflecting high-quality production standards.
